辞职信写作分析及案例

【结构要点】
 一般分为三段:
 1. 说明写作目的,简单说明辞职的请求。
 2. 具体阐述放弃某份工作的原因。
 3. 希望对方同意自己的请求,并对辞职进行道歉。

【注意事项】
 1. 辞职信要开门见山,即在第一段就明确地告诉雇主自己要辞职。
 2. 第二部分应谈谈自己为什么要辞职。
 3. 信的最后一段应以一些表示衷心感谢的话结束,而且要对辞职所引起的不便致歉。
 4. 辞职信要写得礼貌一些,这类信件一定要写得诚恳,这样对方才容易接受。
 5. 辞职信的写作方法同样适用于辞去会员资格,退出某一团体等类似书信的写作。

Directions:Two months ago you got a job as an editor for the magazine Designs & Fashions.But now you find that the work is not what you expected.You decide to quit.Write a letter to your boss, Mr.Wang, telling him your decision, stating your reason(s), and making an apology.

  I am writing to submit my resignation from my current position.There are a few reasons that I think important.
  First of all, the salary has proven to be much lower than you originally promised, and I have a large family to support.What’s more, I want to have flexible working hours, yet there is a fixed working hour in your company.It is really exhausting for me to follow the tight schedule every day.Most importantly, I feel rather disappointed that in the past two months I do not see any chances of career development and further education.
  I sincerely hope that you approve of my resignation.I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  这封辞职信结构清晰。第一段说明这封信是告知雇主自己想辞去工作。第二段详细说明辞职的原因。第三段对于辞职引起的不便表示歉意。
