建议信是建议收信人采取某种行动的信件，可以是做出某种选择或某种改变。

【结构要点】
通常这类信分为三部分：
1.首先要说明建议的内容。
2.其次说做此建议的原因。
3.之后可以说采纳建议会带来的好处，或者对建议的具体做法再做详述。

【注意事项】
这类信的写作模式比较灵活，应视具体情况而定。
